Create new invoices with billers and customers

    Excuse me but I don't know this:

    if I create invoices I've to set the customer (OK) and also the biller... why I've to set the biller If I create the invoice?? for all invoice created I'm the biller of the system??

    In an invoice system I can create:

    - active invoices: when I sell products/service (invoice sent to customers)
    - passive invoices: when I buy products/service

    With SI Can I manage only "active invoices"??

    and why I've to se the biller in all invoices created?

    hey il_dandi

    you need to set the biller as Simple Invoices is design to handle multiple billers - ie. you may have multiple companies etc..

    note: you can go to system preferences and set the default biller to yourself

    Is it possible to do this:

    I use billers to manage my billers (the billers of my company)

    I create also a biller for my company (with ID 1)


    I use my "biller" (ID 1) for create invoices and all other billers only for manage/know my company's billers... what do you think about this?
