New installation: Exports to PDF, XLS, DOC are blank

    New installation. Invoices appear on screen, but exporting to PDF, XLS or DOC are all blank.
    OS info etc:
    IIS, Win7, MySQL, PHP5
    Looked through the forum, but there are so many references to blank PDF's that I cannot find the answer.

    if Simple Invoices is on your local machine try accessing Simple Invoices via http://127.0.0.1 rather than http://localhost

    some have said that this works

    There are some other things you should try out. If the pdf files are blank, it can have something todo with the text formatting. If you have used signs or letters like

    Thanks sbr for the suggestions.
    We have a default installation with no customization.
    Also a sample invoice with on line of text with no special characters.
    Running it locally: http://127.0.0.1/simpleinvoices, so cannot do a .com call to the app.
    Seems that this is something common to the app itself, as it is a new install with no customizations.
    Any other suggestions? Thanks for taking the time.
