When is the next version out?

It seems like SimpleInvoices does not work 100% on all installations even when the server has latest PHP due to the PDO DB connection. Somewhere in the forum Justin mentioned that PDO will be changed to another method in the next release of Simpleinvoices. I am currently deciding what solution to go with and need to make that decision yesterday. I would prefer to go with SimpleInvoices of course. Approximately when is the release of the next version of SimpleInvoices that fixes the PDO problem?
