Table to create leads, then make customers

    It woudl be a nice addition to have a table for leads. Then, when the lead becomes a customer, they we can create estimates, invoices, etc.

    interesting idea

    one way you can do this now is to create a lead as a customer and set it as disabled - this way its in the system - and when its enabled you'll be able to create invoices for it etc..
