Quickview links on page not working...blank pages and incorrect field entries

    Hi All,

    Been using SI for a while and just upgraded to the most recent beta 5 version.

    All seems to be working well except that when I'm in quickview the links to "export/delete/email" either render a blank page or in the case of the email a blank form with no information carried across from the invoice I was just in. From the main invoice list I can use the small icons to perform the functions properly but it doesn't work if I try them from quickview.

    Having looked at the query that links are generating from the quickview page and comparing it to the links from the main invoice list page you can see the difference below. If I change "invoice" to "id" it performs the email and delete functions properly so I think there is an issue bringing this info across or the query is being generated incorrectly.

    Clicking on the email icon in the invoice listing page links to:

    Clicking on the email link on quickview page links to:

    http://www.lightboxfilms.com.au/simpleinvoices/index.php?module=invoices&view=email&stage=1&invoice=264

    Similarly...

    Clicking on the PDF icon in the invoice listing page links to:

    http://www.lightboxfilms.com.au/simpleinvoices/index.php?module=export&view=invoice&id=264&format=pdf


    Clicking on the email link on quickview page links to the below and a blank page just appears:

    http://www.lightboxfilms.com.au/simpleinvoices/index.php?module=invoices&view=template&id=264&action=view&location=pdf


    This seems like it must be a simple fix but at the moment is affecting all buttons on the Quickview page.



    Also, on the manage products page all the fields are switched around the wrong way. So my ID has the NAME in it, the NAME has the UNIT PRICE in it and the UNIT PRICE field has a green tick in it. This is really weird. Any ideas.

    Can you please give us the username and password, so that we can login and see the issues. Also if possible can you post your error_log file, it might help us to figure out what could be wrong.

    hey gary

    sounds as thought your Simple Invoices install is abit messed up - looks like the db is the new version and UI is the old version

    i would create a new folder on your server

    re download latest beta and extract into there

    create a backup of your current db and restore it as a new db

    point the new Simple Invoices to the new db and retest

    let us know how you go
