One thing that has stopped my adoption of Simple Invoices dead in its tracks... and I think is REALLY easy to probably implement...
A shitty-theme. Like, I'm talking shitty javascript buttons, no flash, no AJAX, no little swiring "Please wait" thing... like, pure tables, and pure browser-rendered buttons. No graphics, nothing.
Something that I can run comfortably on a Pentium III, with like, Dillo.
Is this possible?
Themes can be altered etc
But in my personal opionion this current theme runs perfectly fine, I run the software via a USB drive, with xamp server on a little netbook and it runs smooth.
I have changed the layout and graphics slightly, but stayed true to Simple Invoices overall format, works pretty well do deliver on its sole purpose which is to invoice.
hey mudbug,

this is still a work in progress - was done for the 2008 version of Simple Invoices and hasn't been updated since
