Forbidden / Permissions Error when changing TAX

    Hi, I'm trying to change the VAT rate to 20%.

    When I do so I get this...

    Forbidden
    You do not have permission to access this document.

    Seems to be whist accessing the following...

    http://***mydomain***/invoices/index.php?module=tax_rates&view=save&id=2

    Help!

    I get exactly the same error. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?
    I've changed folder rights back an forth (made everything chmod 777, then 755) no success.

    ModSecurity Enabled ? ... yes. ?¿ remove 390610 rule.

    What is ModSecurity? And how would I remove the said rule?

    I have the same problem. And, I cannot find where ModSecurity is Enabled or the 390610 rule.
