You can use the custom fields feature. To set this up go to Settings --> Custom Fields.

1 .- But I can only add 4 fields. Is there a way to include more?.
2 .- Is it possible that when you choose by type of invoices, appear different fields only in this selection?

Currently you are limited to only 4 custom fields. You would need to alter the code & database to add in more fields.
There is no feature that would allow you to show different fields based on the invoice type.
