There is always the need for deleting information, sample data, products never used, clients never invoiced, etc, recommending phpmyadmin is not a friendly option, because one can mess up the system.
I don't see it as a cool feature to add, is mandatory to keep the system tidy imho.
Instead there should be an smart deleting, that warn you about the repercussions about deleting something.
Also you may have a worker using the system, that you don't want to edit or deleting anything, thats what roles and permissions are for. But since this is a "minimalistic" software, the 1st user could have deleting permissions but not the others.
Editing is necessary as well and the lock function I read somewhere is just brilliant.
Hi modir, thanks for your reply. I am not an expert on SI yet, but I think what you say is true only for invoices. Any other data can't be delete in my experience. I am running the latest version, but I see this forum don't keep track of version/issue.
Still the app is great, the best I have found...
