Change favicon shortcut [W3C bug]

    In these files:
    trunk/extensions/text_ui/templates/default/header.tpl
    trunk/templates/default/header.tpl
    trunk/extensions/tab_menu/templates/default/header.tpl

    Change this line:

    into this line


    It makes Simple Invoices a little bit more "W3C HTML strict" compliant.
