hmm...

only thing i can think of right now is:

may need to check the permissions of the Simple Invoices files - mainly index.php
- just compare the 2009.1 one with one that works and see if there is a difference
-- and change the 2009.1 permission to the same as the one that work
- please report if there are differences and if the change worked

Hi Justin,

I reinstalled the RC to check and just sent you an email so you can see the differences in the folder permissions. Both installations are done live on my website and the exact same way.
Please have a look whenever you get time.

Thanks for your email, I tried changing the permission of index.php as you suggested but it didn't work out, I still got the same error.
Then I changed all permissions for all files and folder to be identical to those of the RC version and tried again, but the same error comes up again.

Any idea what could be wrong? I tried to do several fresh installations and always get the same problem :(
