Questions about SI

    I have successfully installed SI but I have questions:

    1. How does one sign-out from SI. I am logged in as the demo user and see no way to logout.
    2. How does one delete a user/biller/customer? I can disable them but I'd rather remove them without resorting to brute-force deletes via phpmyadmin.

    re 2
    - there is currently no delete for user/biller/customer - only can disable or delete via sql at the moment
    - its on the todo list though
