Hi,
Since I upgraded, the PDF file size has jumped to almost 800kb for a simple invoice with a few items. It used to be around 50kb. Even if I take the logo out altogether it still comes out at that size. Was that meant to happen? Or is something else cooking?

its so big as i added the arial unicode font file
- this is so accented characters etc.. display all OK
try removing this file http://code.google.com/p/simpleinvoices/source/browse/trunk/library/pdf/fonts/arialuni.ttf from your library/pdf/fonts/ directory and test pdf again
