Reports shows 0.00 as grand total

    Hi Justrin

    Gr8 work with si. I am having problems with reports. when running some of the reports. so the total and page total displays 0.00 but the other amounts show fine.

    btw I am using the reportlib.php from svn because of the port.

    Sales in total by Customer
    Products sold in total by Product
    Sales in total by Biller
    Sales by Customer - Group by Customer - Total
    Debtor invoices ordered by amount owed
    Totals by Aging periods

    debtors by ageing does not work at all i get a blank screen
    Total owed by customer gives a ooooops error


    I can create a user for you to view the reports, let me know if you want me to do that.

    Do your invoices come out with correct totals?

    Does your 'Manage Invoices' Page show correct totals for the invoice and for owing?

    Sorry for the late reply.

    My invoice reflects the correct totals its only the reports grand total that shows 0.00

    hey yusuf

    im in the process of blowing up reports system - all new reports are created using a new method - in time all the original reports will get rewritten
    -- when they get done this should resolve alot of issues people have with the reports

    re 0.00 - can't be 100% sure of the issue as we use the 3rd party library 'phpreports' to create the reports
