Ah yes the Workflow ticket details is pretty much exactly what I was thinking of!
Perhaps one additional suggestion in the workflow would be an overdue invoice tracking system, you know how some companies have that 30 days overdue, 60 days overdue, 90 days overdue “chart”? Perhaps one with the option to auto send out overdue warnings via email would be nice.
