Simple Invoices - Invoicing made simple

In the days before the Simple Invoices extension system to make a modification to Simple Invoices and distribute it a wiki page was created and it details what had to be done to get the mod

Basically for you to use a modification you had to edit or overwrite one of the existing Simple Invoices files (which is not the best way)
