#Available Reports

#Sales Reports

• Sales by Period: Total sales grouped by day, week, month, or year
• Sales by Customer: Revenue breakdown per customer
• Sales Total: Aggregate sales with filtering options

#Debtor Reports

• Debtors by Amount: Outstanding balances ranked by amount owed
• Debtors by Aging: Unpaid invoices grouped by age (30, 60, 90+ days)
• Debtors Owing by Customer: Detailed breakdown per customer

#Profit Reports

• Invoice Profit: Revenue minus product costs per invoice
• Biller Total: Revenue grouped by biller
• Biller by Customer: Cross-reference of billers and customers

#Product Reports

• Products Sold Total: Quantity and revenue per product
• Products Sold by Customer: Which customers buy which products

#Using Reports

1. Go to Reports in the navigation
2. Select a report from the list
3. Set date ranges and filters as needed
4. Reports with charts will render automatically using your data

#Charts

Most reports include interactive charts powered by ApexCharts:

• Bar charts for comparisons
• Line charts for trends over time
• Pie/Donut charts for distribution
• Hover over chart elements for detailed tooltips

#Exporting Reports

Report data can be exported:

• View the report table on screen
• Use browser print for a PDF/paper copy
• Copy-paste data into spreadsheet applications for further analysis
